Responsibilities
- Conduct internal testing to ensure products meet specified requirements and customer expectations.
- Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) with the final customer.
- Report quality issues data and ensure adherence to the Quality Management System.
- Provide feedback and advise engineering/R&D on product or process design improvements.
- Collaborate in improving existing test protocols for greater efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
- Utilize safety systems to perform work and ensure an accident-free workplace.
- Notify others of unsafe situations and work with HSE teams to improve safety systems.
- Train local operational teams in quality assurance and testing routines.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, secondary school education, or experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Sound knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical topics.
- Familiarity with Electrical Diagrams and Testing equipment (ScopeCorders, Stabilized Power Supplies, multimeter instruments).
- Appointment of PES (Expert Person in accordance with CEI 11-27).
- Flexibility in working hours and availability to work in shifts.
- Skilled in problem-solving and solution-finding.
- Comfortable working in a shopfloor environment.
- Proficient in Excel, MS Office, SAP, and Power BI.
- Comfortable communicating in Italian.
- Good command of English (B1 level).
- Possess a valid category B driving license for use in Italy.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of AI tools like Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Loop is a plus.
- Passionate about communication and implementing solutions to quality problems.
- Engaging with various stakeholders across departments.
