The QHSE Engineer will lead and maintain the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Management System for the Doha facility, driving continuous improvement in quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and strong knowledge of QHSE systems, with preferred experience in manufacturing and auditor certifications.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for the Doha facility.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality performance and operational effectiveness.
Harmonize quality processes and activities across the Measurement Solutions organization.
Maintain ISO 9001 documentation and certification requirements.
Manage customer inspections, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and closure of findings.
Drive compliance and continuous improvement in ESH performance.
Act as focal point for safety-related internal and external audits.
Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for audit findings.
Ensure employees receive appropriate HSE training and awareness.
Monitor, analyze, and communicate EHS performance metrics.
Conduct inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Lead incident investigations and ensure compliance with global safety requirements.
Prepare, review, and deliver Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
Deliver local and global HSE training programs.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Quality, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related discipline).
Strong knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.
Understanding of Quality Management Systems and regulatory compliance requirements.
Experience with quality audits, corrective actions, and process improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Desired Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in a QHSE role.
Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001.
Experience in manufacturing, project-based, or industrial environments.
Knowledge of Velocity EHS or similar safety management systems.
Experience conducting Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and incident investigations.
Demonstrated success driving quality and safety improvement programs.
