Project Manager for Framework QMS

Alfa Laval seeks a Project Manager for a 12-month vacancy in Lund to develop the company's Quality Management System Framework. This role involves mitigating identified gaps, ensuring compliance with Alfa Laval and external requirements, and establishing clear ownership, governance, and updating processes for all system functions.

Responsibilities

Update the infrastructure within the Framework system according to current Alfa Laval organization.
Act as project manager working with different functions to update their procedures and processes.
Develop a process for E-learning for the Framework system for new and current users.
Drive the review and clean-up of obsolete, duplicate, and outdated documentation.
Establish clear document ownership, governance, and updating processes across functions.
Define clear rules for document categorization, communication, and information flow.
Ensure structured document handover processes and continuity of ownership.
Define and implement governance processes, including plans for periodic reviews and audits of the Framework system.

Requirements

Relevant technical education or equivalent.
Proven track record in leading projects, preferably within quality management.
Good knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements, document control principles, process development and improvement.
Good oral and written proficiency in English and Swedish.
Good computer skills.
Structured with good ability to prioritize.
Comfortable working with quality management software, databases, and MS Office tools.
Service-minded with good ability to create constructive relationships.
Self-motivated.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
High integrity.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of ISO 19443 is an advantage.
