Autoliv is seeking a Project Manager in Queretaro, Mexico, to lead cross-functional teams in product development for vehicle safety. Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional global project teams to successfully execute product development programs.
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and launch readiness.
Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, program management, and suppliers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
Support new business acquisition activities, including quotations and technical reviews.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
Proven experience in project management, new product development, and automotive product launches.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Fluent English required.
Automotive industry experience is required.

Desired Qualifications

PMP certification is preferred.
Previous restraint systems experience is a plus.
Japanese language skills are a plus.
Flexibility to support global teams across time zones.
