Responsibilities
- Direct work on complex projects and accounts by assigning work across functional areas.
- Manage the project/order schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure customer deliverables are accurately submitted.
- Identify information needs of each work group and ensure they are met.
- Communicate professionally with customers and Field Sales Reps via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Provide pre-sale and post-sale administrative support for Measurement products on assigned projects.
- Serve as the primary customer order contact by assisting in identifying customer requirements.
- Provide regular progress reports for all stakeholders.
- Direct the preparation of project orders.
- Resolve non-standard issues throughout the project cycle.
- Execute customers’ special requirements (inspections, documentation, special invoicing needs, etc.) for successful project order execution.
- Maintain an understanding of general business practices and ensure Emerson’s standard business terms and conditions are addressed.
- Familiarity with the process industry and business systems.
- Familiarity and working knowledge of business systems, process industry and Import/Export compliance.
- Participate in process improvements utilizing Rosemount’s Quality tools.
Requirements
- 4 Years and an Associate’s Degree OR 6 Years and a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
- Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1 (including those with OPT or CPT), H-1, H-2, L-1, B, J or TN, or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.

- Bachelor's Degree
- Order management experience preferred
- Experience leading customer meetings to align customer needs with business capabilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Skilled in timely and effective communication
