The Global Engineering Services International (GESI) IN-Launch Team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of new building launches across India's Amazon network. This role requires strong operational expertise, leadership, and the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure new facilities achieve performance benchmarks.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of new building launches, closures, and consolidations across multiple business units and regions in India.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Supply Chain, WHS, Finance, Real Estate, and RME.
  • Ensure new buildings achieve benchmark performance and ramp to meet network capacity.
  • Plan resources effectively, manage multiple high-profile meetings, and report weekly metrics.
  • Motivate core teams, build stakeholder relationships, and chair leadership meetings with clear documentation.
  • Take initiative in ambiguous situations, learn fast, and adapt to volatile circumstances.
  • Serve as a single point of contact and anchor for the launch process.
  • Drive year-on-year performance improvements and process adherence.
  • Manage large data pools, analyze data, and produce leadership dashboards and reports.
  • Adopt AI across workstreams in day-to-day operations.
  • Define scope, objectives, and roadmaps for program planning.
  • Identify and mitigate risks through 'GES Source' with closed-loop stakeholder resolution.
  • Monitor PMO Launch milestones, track SLA compliance, and publish weekly flash reports and Launch Dashboards.
  • Manage CP Connect (OP1/OP2/Q2G/Revision) and end-to-end OP1 intake lifecycle.
  • Own WBR/MBR/QBR updates, document preparation, and SOP-RASCI development.
  • Create REI templates and maintain Support Function 4M and Signage repository.
  • Conduct post-launch lessons learned sessions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
  • Ability to drive end-to-end delivery and communicate results to senior leadership.
  • Ability to drive process improvements.
