The Program Manager I for Amazon Flex Advocacy Operations will be responsible for the strategy and initiatives to enhance delivery quality and efficiency. This role requires collaboration with various departments, data analysis, and stakeholder management to improve the experience for delivery partners and customers.

Responsibilities

Support long-term strategic planning to improve quality and efficiency.
Work closely with finance, marketing, capacity management, operations, engineering, and program management on process improvement and launch initiatives.
Develop, implement, and oversee reports, ensuring clear visibility of project milestones and performance.
Effectively influence stakeholders through collaboration and effective prioritization.
Be responsible for key performance indicators and work closely with stakeholders to understand everyday opportunities and challenges in order to implement short and long-term solutions.
Monitor the execution of projects and ensure that the delivery is at the appropriate quality level and in compliance with the expected deadline.
Navigate and resolve ambiguities by applying creative problem-solving skills.
Identify and mitigate risks, preventing them from becoming larger problems.
Define and execute the program roadmap for Advocacy Operations, translating strategic goals into structured programs.
Align stakeholders and drive initiatives to completion across a complex, multi-marketplace landscape.
Own programs end to end, shaping the charter and success metrics, building mechanisms and roadmaps, managing dependencies and risks, and reporting progress to senior leadership.
Drive continuous innovation and improvement to deliver fast, easy, and rich functionality that supports a best-in-class Delivery Partner (DP) and customer experience.
Partner with Operations, Analytics, Tech/Product, Finance, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders, and coordinate with regional teams across worldwide Flex-enabled marketplaces.
Lead through influence rather than direct authority aligned on shared goals across DP lifecycle, bulk communications, compliance workflows, and programmatic support.
Define and deliver strategic automation initiatives, identifying opportunities to build long-term, scalable solutions that eliminate manual work without negatively impacting the DP experience.
Establish the mechanisms, standards, and reporting cadences that keep programs on track and give leadership clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.

Requirements

2+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
Knowledge of SQL

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
Experience in MS Access and SQL
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
