Responsibilities

Lead program strategy and execution by defining, prioritizing, and managing infrastructure initiatives using advanced program management methodologies and enterprise governance frameworks.
Oversee multi-disciplinary program teams, ensuring delivery of complex infrastructure solutions leveraging ITIL, PMP, and agile tools to meet business objectives.
Direct risk management and mitigation activities for infrastructure programs, utilizing advanced analytics and reporting platforms to ensure proactive issue resolution.
Drive stakeholder engagement and communication using collaboration platforms and executive dashboards, ensuring transparency and alignment across business units.
Establish and monitor program KPIs and performance metrics using enterprise portfolio management tools to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement.
Champion organizational transformation by integrating emerging infrastructure technologies and best practices into program delivery, supporting innovation and scalability.
