Responsibilities

Safely operate production machines to assemble inflators and safety parts.
Perform quality inspections using hand gauges and visual checks to ensure parts meet safety standards.
Collaborate with team members, maintain a clean workspace, and assist in training or relieving colleagues.
Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in safety, speed, and efficiency.

Requirements

Reliable and detail-oriented.
Ability to safely run production machines.
Proficiency in quality inspection using hand gauges and visual checks.
Willingness to work swing or grave shifts, including potential overtime or rotating schedules.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus.
Familiarity with automotive safety systems is advantageous.
