Utilize ServiceNow ITAM/HAM/SAM or equivalent platforms.
Manage CMDB and Configuration Management.
Oversee software licensing and compliance.
Conduct asset discovery and reconciliation.
Manage procurement and vendor relationships.
Oversee IT asset lifecycle management.
Conduct audits and ensure governance.
Utilize advanced Excel for reporting and dashboarding.
Apply understanding of ITIL practices.
Employ analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

IT Asset Management experience
Hardware Asset Management experience
Software Asset Management experience
ServiceNow ITAM / HAM / SAM or equivalent platforms experience
CMDB and Configuration Management knowledge
Software licensing and compliance knowledge
Asset discovery and reconciliation skills
Procurement and vendor management experience
IT asset lifecycle management understanding
Audit and governance experience
Advanced Excel and reporting/dashboarding skills
Understanding of ITIL practices
