We are looking for a Graphic Design Employee who is passionate about customers and improving their home furnishing solutions and shopping experience. This role requires a background in graphic design, media, and typography, with strong commercial and visual communication skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Responsibilities

Ensure store's graphic visual communication enhances customer shopping experience and product range display, maintaining IKEA's unique visual identity.
Plan and implement store graphic visual communication content, ensuring it conveys IKEA's benefits and refines product range display using practical solutions, best practices, guidelines, and Chinese regulations.
Promote IKEA home furnishings in a visually impactful way to attract customers.
Assist the design department with exhibition work, ensuring high-quality carpentry and painting.
Utilize knowledge of home living, product display, and IKEA's visual identity to display and promote IKEA product ranges.
Organize work to meet customer needs and expectations while minimizing negative impact on the shopping environment during floor work.

Requirements

Passion for customers and home furnishing solutions.
Interest in working in a fast-paced, future-oriented retail environment.
Background in graphic design, media, and typography.
Relevant work experience.
Commercial and visual communication skills.
Keen aesthetic sense.
