Transcom is seeking a PH Payroll Analyst in Pasig, Philippines, to manage end-to-end payroll processing and support various HR functions. This role requires experience in payroll processing and familiarity with payroll systems and DTR processing.

Responsibilities

End-to-end payroll processing following approved policies and processes.
Support objectives of other HR teams, including Employee Relations, Business Partner, Payroll, HRSS, Legal, and Recruiting.

Requirements

University degree and/or proven competencies in payroll processing.
Experience processing end-to-end payroll.
Exposure on any Payroll System.
Familiarity with Data Timekeeping record (DTR) processing.

Desired Qualifications

Applicable to Level 1 & 2 positions only for Meal & Transportation Allowance, Rice Subsidy, and Clothing Allowance.
