Spotify is seeking a Partner Manager for its Content Partnerships team to build and maintain relationships with Lifestyle & Wellness creators. This role involves understanding creator performance, audience development, and adopting Spotify products to foster growth, with a special focus on the Fitness sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with Spotify creators in Lifestyle & Wellness to grow their presence and audiences.
  • Support the growth of Fitness content by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding creators and video content.
  • Understand creator businesses and goals to connect them with valuable Spotify products and opportunities.
  • Use performance data and insights to advise creators on content strategy and growth.
  • Contribute to Spotify's creator strategy for Fitness by providing creator insights and ideas.
  • Develop and test new scalable methods to support and engage creators.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support priority creators and advance company initiatives.
  • Provide creator feedback and insights to inform Spotify's content and product strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of partner-facing experience in creator/talent relations, account management, or business development within the audio, video, social, talent management, or creator-focused industries.
  • Established relationships with podcasters and/or video creators and the ability to build trusted, long-term partnerships.
  • Understanding of the audio, video, social, and creator landscape, including emerging formats and trends in Lifestyle, Wellness, and Fitness.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, develop ideas, and drive progress in undefined areas.
  • Proficiency in using quantitative and qualitative insights to form opinions, make recommendations, and inform partner strategy.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to build credibility with creators, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excitement for the evolution of podcasts, video, and creator-led content, and curiosity about audience discovery and engagement.
  • Ability to balance high-quality partner support with prioritization and scalable work methods.
