As an OTC Global Process Solution Key User, you will support the development, improvement, and implementation of standard Order to Cash processes and solutions within Volvo Group. This role requires strong business process knowledge in accounting, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in systems like SAP and Excel.

Responsibilities

Support process/solution development, improvements, and implementation of standard processes/solutions.
Support end users and ensure full utilization of process and solutions.
Bring business knowledge and requirements from users to the Business Process Developer/Solution Leader.
Analyze business issues and requests from a process and solution perspective.
Collect, analyze, propose, and prioritize change requests.
Participate in acceptance tests (process and solution).
Approve/Reject user acceptance tests.
Identify root causes for process and solution improvement areas and propose solutions or escalate.
Review and accept process/solution development and improvement proposals.
Act as a single point of contact for end users for 'how to' questions and access requests.
Communicate and anchor process/solution improvement proposals.
Support the implementation of standard processes and solutions.
Support the definition of process measurements.
Identify training needs, plan, and secure training.
Perform process training and support end users.
Represent users in user groups/reference groups.
Represent Order To Cash Process in different projects.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of professional experience gained in accounting area (Order to Cash).
High level of business process knowledge.
Very good understanding of related processes and solutions.
Very good understanding of process interfaces to other processes.
Good knowledge about process methods and tools.
Very good communication skills.
End to end process knowledge.
Effective communication.

Fluent in English.

Desired Qualifications

SAP MF 1.0 , S4H, Excel - fully proficient, Power BI, Alteryx, Power Query, Power Apps – as additional asset.
