Electrolux Group seeks an Operations Trainer for its plant in Springfield, TN. This role is part of the Learning Center of Excellence and focuses on preparing new and existing employees with safety, efficiency, and quality through engaging training methods. Responsibilities include onboarding, EHS&S training, PIV certification, and maintaining training records.

Responsibilities

Conduct new hire orientation, onboarding classes and On-the-job Training.
Operate and maintain the Training Center to simulate real production processes and provide hands-on practice.
Deliver required Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) training in alignment with OSHA regulations and ISO standards.
Deliver quality training such as Standard work (JDS), defect detection, QCP, etc.
Train and certify new and current employees in Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV), Cranes, and Aerial Lift for licensing.
Train and certify new and current employees on how to operate their workstation in accordance with standards (JDS).
Maintain accurate training records for all courses and certifications.
Follow up with new employees during their first 30 days to ensure successful transition to their roles.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required.
1+ years of work experience at Electrolux.
Bilingual English and Spanish required.
Excellent communication skills and strong comfort speaking in front of groups.
Basic knowledge of EMS tools, and continuous improvement concepts required.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring others, whether inside or outside the workplace.
