As an Onsite Service Engineer for Atlas Copco's ACTA Service team in Anhui, China, you will provide onsite technical service and consultancy to industrial customers, ensuring high-quality support and promoting service solutions. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional onsite service and technical consultancy to industrial customers.
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and technical support.
- Actively promote service solutions to generate service revenue.
- Independently manage the execution of service contracts, adhering to scopes and KPIs.
- Collect data and document services following Atlas Copco and customer standards.
- Lead onsite workshops and implement lean process improvements.
- Provide comprehensive tool operation training to customers.
- Address quality issues with thorough follow-ups.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers.
- Support ISO internal and external audits.
- Uphold Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality policies.
- Ensure correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and report risks.
- Provide customer feedback and alert the organization of technical or business risks.
Requirements
- Technical secondary education or higher in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Minimum of one year experience in aftermarket industrial product service.
- Strong foundational knowledge of mechanical, electronic and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general PC skills.
- Effective communication skills with basic English proficiency.
- Customer-focused outlook with results-driven, independent work ethic.
- Team collaboration skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and respond to urgent situations.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with PLC, Fieldbus, and Ethernet is a plus.
