Nordea Finance is seeking a Credit Officer for its Model Implementation Team in Łódź or Gdańsk, Poland. The role involves supporting the implementation of new credit risk models and processes, performing credit analysis, and managing retail UTP areas. Responsibilities

Manage the process related to retail Unlikeliness to Pay areas (UTP) to identify customers’ financial distress early.
Perform tasks within the credit process according to approved credit instructions and guidelines.
Perform credit analysis according to approved credit instructions and guidelines.
Provide value-adding analysis and deliveries to internal and external stakeholders.
Contact customers for clarification when needed.
Ensure high-quality feedback to stakeholders in other Business Areas.

Requirements

Ability to interpret and understand credit risk data

Experience in working with customers and proactive customer contacts
Proficiency in both Polish and English
