In short

We are seeking a high-ownership Program Manager for the Network Engineering and Optimization team to design and optimize India's transportation network. This role involves network strategy, product design, and operational execution, focusing on shipment flow, cost structures, and customer promises.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design of IN Transportation network including Placements, Linehaul routing, Hub and Spoke architecture, and shipment flow optimization.
Lead network design and configuration for new delivery products.
Partner cross-functionally with Middle Mile and Last Mile Ops, Capacity Planning, Linehaul, and Tech teams.
Build network models, run simulations, and conduct trade-off analyses.
Drive shipping option design, node configurations, and system changes.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, transit time improvement, and network simplification.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
