Volvo do Brasil is seeking a Mid Level Data & AI Solutions Engineer to join their Vehicle Software Factory (VSF) Metrics team in Curitiba. This role involves developing full-stack software solutions and data products using technologies like React and Node.js, integrating data from various systems, and driving innovation through AI and automation to improve software development and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

Develop full-stack software solutions using React and Node.js and data products.
Connect and integrate data from multiple engineering and business systems through APIs, cloud services, and modern data platforms.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions.
Partner with global teams and stakeholders to understand business challenges and transform them into scalable digital solutions.
Drive innovation through automation, AI, and Generative AI capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in software engineering and full-stack development, building scalable applications and digital solutions.
Proficiency in programming languages, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining data platforms, integrations, and analytics solutions.
Hands-on experience with DevOps environments.
Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality, data flows, monitoring, traceability, and reliable data operations.

Desired Qualifications

Exposure to the automotive industry is considered a plus.
