Responsibilities

Evaluate state-of-the-art video encoding bitrate-control methods.
Assess the applicability of standardized video QoE models.
Develop an in-the-loop system incorporating fast QoE estimation into the encoding process.
Implement and evaluate the solution for one video codec or encoder (e.g., VVC or HEVC/H.265).
Analyze results and assess the potential of QoE-guided encoding.

Requirements
