Responsibilities
- Perform Oracle system transactions for order entry and update process information.
- Operate vacuum sealing machines, replenish packing materials, and perform labeling and scanning.
- Conduct sealing and packing activities, including affixing labels, inserting desiccants, and verifying sealing quality.
- Operate taping machines (e.g., TR48MK-V) including setup, component loading, and parameter adjustment.
- Perform peel force tests during material changes or machine setup.
- Ensure correct component placement and alignment in carrier tape.
- Conduct visual inspections for component placement, orientation, and sealing quality.
- Label reels accurately and complete production logs.
- Clean and maintain equipment regularly.
- Maintain good housekeeping at the workstation.
- Perform other ad-hoc activities as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Frequently transports and installs equipment weighing at least 25 lbs.
