Responsibilities
- Lead Technical Project Management, Customer Care, Estimating, and Order Operations.
- Translate business, product, and market strategies into consistent operational execution.
- Develop and implement standardized workflows and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure quotes, submittals, orders, and customer projects move efficiently and on schedule.
- Partner with Product Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Care.
- Drive a customer-centric operating model focused on responsiveness and accountability.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and margin exposure.
- Manage team capacity, priorities, and issue resolution.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Participate in creating a safe and harmonious working environment.
- Assure compliance with policies, regulations, and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, project management, customer operations, technical services, estimating, order management, manufacturing, or a related environment.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and driving operational performance.
- Strong customer-facing experience with ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
- Experience developing and implementing process improvements.
- Strong business acumen with ability to balance customer satisfaction, operational performance, and profitability.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and levels.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within architectural openings, doors and hardware, building products, construction, specialty manufacturing, engineered products, or related industries.
- Experience supporting estimating, project management, order fulfillment, customer care, or technical services functions.
- Experience working within demountable walls or prefabricated construction environments.
- Lean, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or other process improvement experience.
