Amazon Business Operations & EF Analytics is seeking a Manager, Program Management to lead the Delivery Experience for AB Operations and spearhead the Analytics & AI charter for the External Fulfillment org. This role involves cross-functional partnerships, strategic planning, and day-to-day operational challenge resolution to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with AB Business to define and lead the Delivery Experience (DEX).
Engage with partner teams through regular reviews (fortnightly internal, MBRs, QBRs).
Find and champion solutions for unique AB DEX requirements and address daily operational challenges to protect Customer Experience (CX).
Lead the AI & Analytics charter for External Fulfillment & 3P org.
Lead the Business Analyst (BA) team.

Requirements

5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
5+ years of team management experience.
5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience defining program requirements.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership.
