Responsibilities
- Develop and implement segment strategy in Low Pressure.
- Study applications in related segments.
- Provide sales teams with information on business opportunities, growth directions, sales strategies, promotional plans, and technical support.
- Continuously pursue knowledge and understanding of economic and industry trends.
- Actively get involved in major segment business in Low Pressure.
- Cooperate closely with sales, digital, and marketing teams.
- Develop effective and innovative technical solutions for salesmen.
- Provide professional trainings to sales team based on segment development.
- Map and analyze segment business and implement strategy to lead sales business.
- Meet with design institutes/engineering companies and participate in tenders to find segment leads and solutions.
- Provide technical support for sales orders.
- Review business development strategies and recommend modifications.
Requirements
- University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience at a machinery company.
- Extensive market-related experience.
- Solid knowledge of blower applications and markets is a plus.
- Strong capability in market research, competitive analysis, opportunity mapping and market analysis.
- Ability to cooperate with customers at different levels of seniority.
- Willing to learn & analyze.
- Effective communication in an international environment.
- Fluent English in both spoken and written.
- Good at Excel, Word and PowerPoint and other digital tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- High integrity, initiative and Self-motivated.
