This Lead Consultant position focuses on SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions to optimize warehouse operations and logistics. The role involves analyzing requirements, configuring EWM processes, and supporting integrations with various SAP modules and external systems.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EWM solutions.
Configure and customize SAP EWM processes including Inbound, Outbound, Putaway Strategies, Picking Strategies, Internal Warehouse Movements, Replenishment, Physical Inventory, Cross-Docking, Value Added Services (VAS), Yard Management, and Labor Management.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide best practice recommendations.
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
Support integration of SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP TM, SAP GTS, and external WMS and third-party logistics systems.

Requirements

Organization Structure Setup: Warehouse Number, Storage Types, Storage Sections, Activity Areas, Work Centers, Resource Management.
Master Data Management: Product Master, Packaging Specifications, Storage Bins, Batch Management, Handling Units.
Core Process Knowledge: Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Warehouse Task & Warehouse Order Management, RF Framework, Wave Management, Slotting & Rearrangement, Serial Number Management, Quality Inspection Integration.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM implementations.
Experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP EWM implementation projects.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
SAP EWM Certification preferred.
8+ years of SAP EWM experience (for Senior Consultant role).
