JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a strong candidate with at-least 5+ years of Testing experience in Financial Services or Banking domain to fill a new and exciting Test analyst position. We are looking for a highly skilled & analytical person who will be able to assess application quality through manual and automated testing & will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.

Key competencies:

• Should have strong testing experience in Integration, Functional & Interface testing.
• Should have experience in either of the following - TCS BaNCS, Custody experience in Banks, or Payment experience within an investment bank (SWIFT messaging, ISO standards etc)
• Should have an experience in executing test cases & analysing test results. 
• Should have experience in Testing documentation – Creation of reports like Test Strategy creation, Test Case & Test Summary. 
• Excellent communication skills & have an attention to detail
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.

-TCS BaNCS , Excel ,JIRA

-Selenium , SQL, Quality Center

Educational and Experience:

UG: M.Sc. in Maths/ Economics / Statistics, B.Tech /B.E. in Computers

PG: Not mandatory

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required

- Degree in Mathematics / Information Technology / Computer Applications / Engineering

- At least 3-5 years of hands on experience in Banking Industry

Job Responsibilities :( Not limited to)

• Review and analyse user stories & business documents.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop effective strategies, test plans & other relevant testing documentation.
• Analyzing data obtained from tests to identify potential bugs with platforms & document the same.
• Reviewing code to identify potential problems before it is released to users.
• Should be able to learn new tools languages quickly and continue expanding knowledge on latest advances in Testing
• Expected to gain in-depth understanding of the TCS BaNCS system in terms of its features, working.
