Responsibilities
- Klanten telefonisch helpen met vragen over producten en leveringen.
- Doorlopen van producthandleidingen om ontbrekende onderdelen te achterhalen.
- Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten van IKEA Nederland.
- Zelf uren inplannen en samenstellen van een ideaal rooster.
Requirements
- Oplossingsgericht, met sterke interesse in woninginrichting.
- Kunnen plannen en prioriteren.
- Goede computervaardigheden.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, in woord en geschrift.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
Desired Qualifications
- Leveren van een uitstekende klantbeleving met empathie en begrip.
- Sterke wil om een beter leven thuis voor de klant te creëren.
Benefits
- Basissalaris tussen € 2.243,43 en € 2.876,80 bruto per maand (bij 32 uur).
- Vakantiegeld en 13e maand (maandelijks of in mei/december uit te betalen).
