- Oversee the IKEA Food Production team, managing goods flow, inventory, purchasing, ordering, waste management, and invoicing.
- Establish and monitor routines for equipment maintenance.
- Ensure operations comply with IKEA Quality and Food Safety requirements and local legislation.
- Report all food incidents or potential incidents.
- Plan and maintain sales forecasts for restaurants and bistros for supply planning and inventory management.
- Build competence in the IKEA Food Commercial team for ongoing development.
- Contribute to an environment that embraces diversity and IKEA culture.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in leading multi-unit high-volume food service operations in either Quick Service Restaurant or casual dining.
- Ability to deliver strong business results through people.
- Experience in a customer facing environment.
- Advanced knowledge of HACCP plans and food quality and safety systems.
