Responsibilities
- Work with the Learning & Organization Development team on AI, DEIB, capability building, and people programs.
- Support the design, coordination, and execution of learning initiatives.
- Drive program operations, including communication, scheduling, tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Analyze program data and feedback to generate insights and recommend improvements.
- Conduct research and develop point-of-view documents on emerging topics like AI and workplace learning.
- Create and manage communication content such as blog posts, learning resources, presentations, and campaigns.
Requirements
- Strong interest in Learning & Development, Employee Experience, or People Practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with technology and AI tools, and willingness to leverage them.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Desired Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree (HR/Psychology, or related fields).
- Experience with Canva, presentation design, or basic content creation is an added advantage.
- Prior internship, campus leadership, or event management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
