Summary of Position :

Lead, Architect, design, build and implement Intelligent automation solutions (RPA) by analyzing business processes in collaboration with the business and technical stakeholders. Position is a key member of the Automation team to establish RPA value and architect the solutions to enable the next level by adding cognitive capabilities using ML/Deep ML and AI. This position provides opportunity to demonstrate technical and analytical skills by participating in a variety of projects that will be leveraging Intelligent Automation Solutions to bring value across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect automation solutions and ensure that detailed designs match high level designs and are traceable to requirements in functional specification
• Analyze business processes. identify automation opportunities and propose intelligent automation solutions involving RPA, Machine Learning and AI.
• Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation
• Responsible to develop and establish automation standards and patterns aligned to business processes, automation life cycle processes and functions covering solutioning, development, release, maintenance stages.
• Ensure designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development, execution and operations of solutions
• Initiate solution testing to ensure they meet quality standards
• Establish standardized design and development processes to enable cost effective delivery
• Ensure that release delivers the expected outcomes and value for the business
• Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Solution Delivery scope.
• Collaborates with Business SMEs, Business Analysts, Process Architects as part of the Automation Intake process.
• Performs ROI and technical feasibility assessments to determine effort vs value propositions
• Helps define automation operations best practices, exception handling framework and resolution management
• Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required; develop AS-IS and TO-BE process flows.
• Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions
• Configuring new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand using Automation Anywhere.
• Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
• Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
• Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
• Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases

Key Responsibilities/Minimum Requirement:

• Good Coordination, Presentation and Communication skills
• RPA professional certifications in AutomationAnywhere platform
• Experience in performing opportunity assessment to identify processes suitable for automation
• Experienced working with global business stakeholders and multiple IT teams.
• Ability to understand business processes and help optimize processes for efficiency.
• Experience automating use cases involving SalesForce.com, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow
• Ability to provide technical and business guidance in multiple situations.
• Ability to self-motivate, take initiative, and endure leadership skills to seek out work and accomplish goals.
• Decision making and critical thinking abilities to relate to and understand issues to reach productive decisions.
• Ability to develop and integrate innovative ideas and initiatives that improve the performance of the organization.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of applicable experience
• Experience: 10+ years of applicable IT experience
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience as Technical Architect in automation, application development, data & analytics, enterprise integrations based on modern architectures, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP etc.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with RPA (Robotics Process Automation); preferably with AutomationAnywhere
  • Solid programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar

The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
