Electrolux Group is seeking a Senior Engineer in Rayong, Thailand to manage and deliver manufacturing engineering projects, focusing on improving efficiency and productivity. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, at least 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing projects, and strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver manufacturing engineering projects.
Develop innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity in manufacturing operations.
Prepare technical specifications for new/modified equipment, adhering to safety and environment guidelines.
Coordinate with suppliers for new equipment development, from design to acceptance testing.
Supervise supplier offers, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and budget.
Lead technical specification preparation and alignment with group standards and technology roadmap.
Coordinate Project Engineers assigned to the project.
Lead equipment installation and industrialization of new products.
Ensure integration of new equipment in the plant (layout, connectivity, material flow).
Align with IME Technologies team on Technologies roadmap.
Maintain alignment with R&D inputs.
Ensure respect of project KPIs: timing, quality, capex, costs.
Prepare Manufacturing Engineering deliverables for new Product Projects and Capex Steering teams.
Analyze production capacity and develop plans to shape manufacturing set-up.
Lead production feasibility analysis in virtual environments and ensure implementation of digital manufacturing solutions.
Research and facilitate innovative solutions for smart and optimal manufacturing processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing projects within an international manufacturing environment, preferably in the appliances industry.
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Knowledge of Industrial equipment
Knowledge of Project management
Knowledge of Manufacturing process and layout design
Knowledge of Process capability and quality control systems
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing
Knowledge of Equipment safety norms
Skills in Project management
