Responsibilities

  • Contribute to strategic HR initiatives by supporting projects across Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Gain exposure to multiple HR functions by rotating across areas such as employee relations, compensation, benefits, and organizational development.
  • Analyze HR data and generate reports to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support HR systems and process improvements by assisting with system updates, troubleshooting HRIS issues, and helping implement enhancements.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
  • Zero (0) years of related experience.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person at a Twin Cities location (Shakopee, Chanhassen, or Eden Prairie, MN).
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
