Volvo Trucks and Buses is seeking experienced HGV Technicians for its Teesside location. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary of around £45,000 OTE with overtime, extensive benefits, and ongoing manufacturer training. You will be responsible for servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and MOT preparation on heavy vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGV's.
- Perform diagnostics and fault finding on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Conduct MOT preparation and inspections.
- Accurately complete job cards and workshop records.
- Deliver high-quality work safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with workshop and service teams for excellent customer support.
Requirements
- A Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance.
- Previous experience working on HGV's or completed an apprenticeship in the HGV industry.
