Responsibilities
- Plan and produce required documentation at system level for new editions of the aircraft.
- Coach and develop a team of approximately 15 engineers working with technical documentation and Flight Manuals.
- Ensure on-time deliveries with high quality.
- Drive efficient ways of working and contribute to streamlined processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements within own aviation permits.
- Line manager responsibilities.
- Be part of the leadership team of the department.
- Responsible for planning the work and process governance.
Requirements

- High degree of personal maturity with good judgement and high ethics.
- Solid skills in the English and Swedish language, oral and written.
- Bachelor or Masters degree in a relevant field or equivalent with several years of experience from working in technical roles.
- Pass a security vetting.
