Responsibilities

Recruit passive candidates with a focus on profiling and assessing candidate motivation and fit.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through market research and relationship management.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and anticipate hiring manager preferences.
Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search, and other channels.
Conduct candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess fit.
Filter candidates during recruiter phone screens.
Conduct on-phone and virtual candidate screening to assess qualification and skill alignment.
Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, X-ray search, GitHub, and other sourcing tools.

Requirements

1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
Ability to curate market intel for saturated markets.
Proven ability to proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/ Open web and other sourcing channels for remote sites.
Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit, with ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.
Skilled at requirement gathering, sourcing and screening candidates in specialized technical fields.
Articulate role-based value proposition to the candidate.
Build strategies and brainstorm to create efficient and creative sourcing solutions for stakeholders.

Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring.
