- Relevant experience in talent, succession, leadership development, and performance practices within a complex global organization.
- Strong understanding of how people priorities connect to business needs.
- Ability to translate strategy into practical and measurable outcomes.
- Experience working across organizational and geographical boundaries in a decentralized environment.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Structured and evidence-based approach to translating data and insights into clear priorities and action.
- Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate constructive dialogue.
- Experience in talent development within a complex global organization.
