Responsibilities

Conduct all job duties with safety as a priority and in compliance with safety rules.
Comply with and maintain areas to 5S standards.
Apply chemical treatment to melt furnace.
Operate controls for furnaces and take temperatures.
Operate overhead crane.
Perform pre-check forklift inspections.
Observe all company rules and regulations.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Previous machine operator experience
Ability to stand on feet for long periods, strength in arms and legs to maneuver castings and patterns
Ability to work in a hot environment
Understanding of working safely
Team player focused on quality
