Lead and coach a team responsible for receiving, replenishing, storing, picking, and dispatching goods within a warehouse, focusing on operational costs, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role involves supporting daily operations, monitoring KPIs, implementing improvements, and contributing to planning and forecasting to ensure efficiency and meet business goals.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop co-workers responsible for receiving, replenishing, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.
Ensure operations are conducted within agreed timeframes and quality standards at the lowest possible C/DC operational costs.
Support high-performing daily operations for the assigned central fulfilment unit and monitor departmental KPIs.
Secure efficiency and implement improvements throughout operations to exceed customer expectations.
Analyze existing workload to secure daily volume handling and meet seasonal fluctuation needs.
Contribute to people, shift, and equipment planning based on volume forecast (MTP and STP) to secure operational capacities.
Strive for excellence in C/DC operations to reduce cost, improve productivity, and enhance work spirit.

Requirements

Experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams.
Understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, replenishing, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.
Ability to monitor KPIs and focus on quality and cost efficiency.
Skills in implementing improvements and driving operational excellence.
Experience in analyzing workload and managing seasonal fluctuations.
Familiarity with planning and forecasting (MTP/STP) for operational capacities.
Understanding of the total supply chain and customer focus.

Pay range for this role is between $63,215 and $90,714
