Alstom is seeking a full-time Fleet Asset Maintenance Planner for the Riyadh Transit System in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves coordinating train handover and handback, ensuring high fleet availability, and managing documentation and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or a related field and experience in fleet planning or maintenance coordination.

Responsibilities

Coordinate train handover and handback operations, including documentation and communication.
Maintain accurate and timely Daily Fleet Availability Reports.
Support service requests and work order compliance.
Enhance coordination between maintenance teams and operations for efficient train allocation.
Support maintenance execution to contribute to fleet reliability and availability.
Minimize delays and operational disruptions through proactive stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Transportation Management, or a related field.
Experience or understanding of fleet planning, maintenance coordination, or asset management.
Knowledge of operational procedures and compliance requirements in transit systems.
Familiarity with data management systems and reporting tools.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Desired Qualifications

A certification in project management or asset management is a plus.
