Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Equivalent experience may substitute for the degree.
- 3 years of experience in field service engineering or rail systems maintenance.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, familiarity with diagnostic tools, and strong technical documentation skills.
- Understanding of rail industry standards, safety protocols, and asset management principles.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills, with a focus on ownership and accountability.
