Responsibilities
- Complete workshop maintenance tasks with timely and high quality.
- Represent the brand as a proactive and service-oriented face to the customer.
- Provide first-class on-site service and technical support.
- Carry out maintenance strictly in accordance with SOP and ensure proper 6S management.
- Generate leads for the Sales team.
- Share lessons learned with colleagues to enhance experience exchange.
- Communicate service and relevant activities to customers and leaders via reports, email, and phone.
- Collaborate with the internal team to find optimal solutions for breakdowns or customer-specific situations.
- Work according to company and customer safety guidelines, using necessary PPE.
- Conduct Last Minute Risk Assessments.
Requirements
- Technical expertise in mechanical and electrical components.
- Technical and application knowledge with ability to learn and develop.
- Experience in a service position in an industrial and highly technical environment.
- Good hands-on maintenance skills.
