Perform facility inspections, audits & compliance checks.
Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Facilities Management.
Certifications/Accreditations such as CFM or PE are preferred.
Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
Effective leadership and communication skills.
Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards.
Experience with preventative and corrective maintenance planning.
