Emerson seeks an Engineer I, Technical Support to provide technical sales and application support for Rosemount Measurement products in Mandaluyong, Philippines. Responsibilities include order sizing, resolving production issues, and performing quality audits on booked orders. Responsibilities

Provide technical sales and application support for Emerson Automation Solutions Rosemount by performing order sizing for Rosemount Measurement (DP Flow) and resolving Production Redlight.
Act as a resource person for Project Engineers, Project Execution Leads, Inside Sales Engineers, Business Administrators, Manufacturing Engineers, and Technical Support Administrators regarding the product sizing process.
Perform order quality audits on booked orders for Rosemount products.
Identify and assign Redlight to book orders to prevent manufacturing Redlight.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering courses.
At least 1.5 years of technical support experience related to process automation, control, and optimization technologies and services.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel.
Intermediate knowledge of instrumentation products and engineering principles, especially with process measurement products and principles.
Intermediate knowledge of business tools such as Oracle, Toolkit, Product Advisor (PA), CRM, SSRS, Rosewire, Engineering Assistant 5, and Engineering Assistant 6.
Willingness to work on a night shift schedule.
