Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and test of electronic circuit card assemblies.
- Design and implement basic circuits.
- Design, implement, simulate, and test VHDL-based FPGA firmware.
- Perform bench testing of various circuit cards.
- Assist in generating documentation, including circuit board schematics and bills of materials.
Requirements
- Enrollment in an accredited Electrical or Computer Engineering degree program.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must have completed Sophomore year or greater.
- Understanding of basic circuit theory.
- Understanding of digital logic design.
- Ability to read and decipher an electrical schematic.
- Working knowledge of VHDL.
- Ability to effectively use MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to use rudimentary test equipment including Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters, and power supplies.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and oral contexts.
- Demonstrate good organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Passion for engineering and a willingness to be a self-starter within a development team.
