Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the technical team in crm / d365 ce ootb implementation, configuration, and customization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the crm system.
Design and develop customizations, workflows, plugins, and integrations to enhance crm functionality.
Ensure the best practices in crm development are followed and maintain data integrity within the crm system.
Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of crm solutions.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and resolve any crm-related issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

Strong expertise in crm / d365 ce outofthebox functionalities, configurations, and customizations.
Proficient in developing custom workflows, plugins, and integrations within the crm system.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize crm performance.
Solid understanding of crm best practices and data management principles.
Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience in leading a technical team and managing crm projects effectively.
