Role Overview:

Looking for a dedicated eCommerce Project Manager/Scrum Master with strong Digital Marketing experience to help us in marketing and eCommerce operations projects.
This is a remote position in India. We will only consider candidates currently in India and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About the Role:

•  This role includes the Shift Timing from 2 pm to 11 pm IST.
• Perform Scrum Lead duties with various software development teams on large and small projects helping teams deliver projects at optimal Velocity, Burn Down, and quality.
• Provides leadership for the Scrum team and key interfaces to the project or program. Help improve project team scrum processes, and support improvements in the organization's Agile maturity.
• Collaborates with Product Owner/Managers, marketing stakeholders to build / maintain a scrum backlog.
• Plans/manages technical or marketing operations programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals. Develop, update and maintain project plan and other overall project documentation.
• Removes blocker preventing the team from completing their assigned work.
• Monitor, co-ordinate, report status, and ensure stability of project-oriented work efforts.
• Proactively define and implement communications mechanisms that meet the needs of individual team members and project stakeholders at all levels.
• Work with the team to identify risks. Drive mitigation planning by collaborating with key team members, with escalation and reporting as appropriate.
• Works on problems/tasks in delivery of a specific product or service. Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members and create/track the project schedule.
• Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity. Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures to perform non-repetitive, analytical work.

About you:

• 4 to 5 years Project Management and Scrum Lead experience in any well-known software environment.
• 3 + years of related Digital Marketing, ideally in email, SMS messaging and ecommerce.
• Previous experience working with Enterprise grade CMS and ESPs. (Adobe Experience Manager highly desired).
• Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development environment. Scrum Master Certification by Scrum Alliance preferred.
• Recognize patterns of problems, issues, or opportunities and proactively resolve them on a larger scale.
