Responsibilities
- Drive Debug's effort in India to develop and execute go-to-market strategy and partnerships.
- Lead agreement sourcing and execution including origination, evaluation, developing market strategies, and negotiating complex technology licensing agreements and commercial agreements.
- Structure and negotiate operational models with partners by working with internal science and program manager teams.
- Evaluate opportunities, conduct due diligence, negotiating agreement terms, and working with cross-functional teams to prepare and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Identify, establish, and grow relationships with existing and new partners.
- Act as the central point of contact and maintain comprehensive account knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Experience in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or Life Sciences.
- 12 years of experience in business development, corporate development, strategic partnerships, or technology licensing in life sciences or public health in India.
- Experience structuring, negotiating, and closing commercial agreements.
- Experience building a new market, business unit, or product footprint from scratch in India.
- Experience in regulated environments, and in managing and structuring alliances in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
- Ability to travel (up to 50% depending on location).
