As the Dealerpoint Manager for Glasgow West, you will take full ownership of the daily operation and total performance of the dealership. This leadership role focuses on creating a high-performing culture, ensuring strong customer experience, and managing budgets and forecasts. Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent delivery, strong customer experience, and continuous improvement.
- Build and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
- Strengthen colleague capability through coaching and development.
- Drive customer experience improvement through insight, feedback, and CRM activity.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, health and safety, and corporate policies.
- Support credit control through effective management of the Dealerpoint debtor list.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans.
- Contribute to regional objectives and shape future plans.
Requirements
- Experienced and confident leader in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Experience operating at a similar level within the commercial vehicle/truck industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing a dealership or service operation.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to plan, forecast, and deliver against budget.
- Visible and engaging leadership style that builds trust, ownership, and pace.
- Experience developing colleagues through structured performance management and talent processes.
- Confidence using business systems, including SuccessFactors, Salesforce, Dealerpoint, Excel, and Microsoft tools.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to turn insight and feedback into measurable improvements.
