Responsibilities

Gain knowledge on company products through training, hands-on experience, and self-study.
Analyze and solve engineering problems related to cybersecurity systems.
Assist in complex engineering assignments under senior engineer guidance.
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships, focusing on satisfaction.
Participate in the creation, review, and revision of field and operational procedures.
Engage in team projects for problem resolution, product familiarization, and testing.
Provide comprehensive and timely reports on activities, including problems, services, and customer feedback.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field, or equivalent education/experience.
0-2+ years of relevant experience.
Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Desired Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience.
CCNA, GICSP, or equivalent certification.
Experience in the industrial control system (ICS) industry.
Exposure to cybersecurity principles or related coursework.
