Responsibilities
- Serve as the cybersecurity subject matter expert for offshore environments, leveraging deep knowledge of ABB cybersecurity technologies, solutions, and industry standards.
- Design and architect end-to-end cybersecurity solutions for offshore assets (FPSOs, FSOs, FPUs), including PMS, DCS, SIS, telecom, electrical, subsea, and digital network systems.
- Develop secure ICSS architectures and ensure seamless integration between ABB systems and third-party OT platforms while maintaining cybersecurity and operational integrity.
- Assess client cybersecurity maturity, identify vulnerabilities and risks, and recommend mitigation strategies aligned with offshore operational and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with offshore operators, EPCs, and key stakeholders, acting as the primary interface between customers and ABB cybersecurity teams.
- Lead cybersecurity strategy, digital roadmaps, solution scoping, proposal development, and technical bid support to drive business growth and customer value.
- Ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity frameworks and maritime regulations, including IEC 62443, NIST, IACS UR E26/E27, and Class Society requirements, while monitoring industry trends and emerging threats.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven experience selling software solutions and cybersecurity consulting services within large, complex enterprise environments, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including IEC 62443 and NIST, as well as maritime and offshore regulations such as IACS UR E26/E27.
- Ability to incorporate regulatory and compliance requirements into customer engagements, solution design, and project scoping for offshore and industrial environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and platforms, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, anomaly detection, threat monitoring, and advanced security solutions.
- Strong understanding of offshore production facilities and architectures, including FPSOs, FSOs, FPUs, ABB ICSS platforms, and third-party system integrations.
- Experience identifying and addressing cybersecurity challenges across industrial sectors, with the ability to build, lead, and influence cross-functional pursuit and delivery teams.
- Commercial acumen with an understanding of SaaS and PaaS business models, coupled with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions, geographies, and organizational boundaries.
